I’m Thomas Tessmer, and I’ve got over 20 years of experience bringing structure to the chaotic process of identifying growth strategies and guiding new product development.  My early journey started with P&G, which relocated my family to Northwest Arkansas to enable closer collaboration with Walmart.  I’ve always been focused on finding integrated solutions to address unique, and often conflicting, customer-facing challenges.  This is why my business is called Integrated Insights, and this is why I still personally engage with every client, thinking like an invested owner that wants to control and minimize risk while getting positioned for the highest possible return.
